Good morning all.
Have any of you heard of the Landlord Tap?
If so, do you use it and how do you find using it? If you have and don't use it- may I ask why?
For those who haven't heard of it- it is an online portal for you to register your property details and the tenants and it talks directly to your local water company so should you have an unoccupied property or a change in tenancy then you can just update it on the portal and it automatically filters through to your water company.
Please let me know of any feedback, positive or negative or views/opinions on it.

Yes, I met them at one of the Landlord and Investment Shows. I thought it was a good service and tried to get them interested in doing something with Property Tribes to create awareness, but they were not interested and did not reply to any of my follow up emails. They also declined to do an interview with us!The lady I spoke to appeared to have very little understanding of the landlord space and kept saying "it's very early days for us". This was about a year ago.Make of that what you will!

I've used Landlord Tap before - I think it's a great idea for saving some time and effort.
That said, the interface doesn't look great and is quite buggy at the moment (I was trying to record a new tenancy on it today but it's refusing to accept the tenant details). So they've still got some work to do.

Yep, it was completely offline yesterday!
Today just refusing to accept tenant details for a new tenancy. So steps in the right direction at least!
Landlord TAP is a great idea.
Sadly it has never worked for me. Despite correctly entering details when getting a new property, not once has this information made it to the correct company. I have always had to resort to phoning the company and getting the owner/tenant details amended by the old fashioned method.
Nice idea - just does not work. In my experience.

It appears I may have a slightly bigger task on my hands than initially expected!
Ive used LandlordTAP for 2 to 3 years, I believe the water companies have always been notified as requested,
My recent problems have been trying to login after a spell away, the site always askes me to verify which always ends with me changing password.
Ive used it without issue.
