I am looking to list my property for let oone of the main online property sites. Can anyone recommend a site that offers this service? I’ve used one in the past but they now only seem to list properties in London. I’ve been looking at one called MudHut but I’m not convinced it’s that active having looked at their social media presence.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks in advance.
Apologies if I have listed this on the wrong forum, maybe a mod could amend if I have?
I recommend OpenRent, I let my property very quickly and they offer different packages, just advertising or doing the AST, I also used their comprehensive reference check which meant I got rent guarantee insurance for £89.00 for the year.
Thanks Ejen, that’s really helpful I’ll take a look
I can also recommend OpenRent, used many times with great ease and at a good cost.
Yes me too
I used to use gumtree and continually got spammed by agents and also the quality of the real applicants was so variable. Their charges too got really high and I found myself spending £150 a pop.
Openrent is about £30. I get fewer replies but far better quality.
Openrent is good.
We have also used UPad.
Mudhut is based in Brighton and has total of 47 properties listed as of now. -
Those figures suggest avoid. There a better alternatives out there.
And I don't think they advertise on zoopla.
OMG ROFL - I don't think they have even heard of GDPR -

Another vote for Open Rent.
Use spareroom which is for whole lettings aswell.
It is totally free.
