I'm an investor (London based) and looking for property sourcers in the Liverpool or Manchester areas - and possibly would consider Leeds, for BRR strategy. Will be coming up to visit in the next couple of weeks, so looking to set up a few meetings.
Why do you need a deal sourcer? Why not visit local estates/lettings agents (who are regulated) and ask them if they have any suitable properties that meet your criteria? There's no intro fee either. We also have many resources on Property Tribes to assist you in finding your own deals:Top 10 Property Tribes resources to learn how to find property deals

For speed and convenience Vanessa.
I'm based in London and the money/time it will take to travel up and down the country for research, viewings and project management, it just isn't worth it.
Hi Mr London,I'm NOT a property sourcer, but I invest in Liverpool, so I know whats what. I'm happy to have a chat with you. I also know my way around a refurb, and have good contacts with good trades here. I see horror stories every day in Liverpool, with rogue builders. Nightmare....Fiona
Hi Fiona, I hope you don;t mind me jumping in here. I'm a first time investor looking for a BTL in Liverpool but I live overseas so am relying on general advice and knowledge. Any help would be amazing! Thank you! email@example.com Cheers, Camilla
I have a friend who, in my opinion got conned out of money by a sourcing company active in Liverpool. The deposit was paid and then apparently the deal fell through. The deposit was non refundable but could be transferred to another deal.
My 'suspicion' is that the deal was sold to multiple investors, so of course someone has to lose out!
I can't see this as being legal but if you do use a sourcer please make sure you read and digest all the small print, consider the risks if the deal misfires.
I have talked to agents in Liverpool and they have without exception been very friendly and open to give advice.
Best of luck
Sound advice and I'll be sure to do my due diligence! Do you know which company that was btw? Always good to know so I can avoid if need be!
Hi Mr London, I'm sorry but because of my friends pending case i really cant say. There's a group of investors in the same situation who are taking advice with a view to getting the accounts frozen so they dont want the company to get wind of it. Just check in the small print so you can avoid the situation I mentioned before committing
I would be happy to meet you and discuss your requirements. I am based just outside Manchester.
