    Mark Burdge / Passive Property JV's

    Has anybody on the tribe JV'd with the above? I realise Mark is a member on here so PM me if you prefer.

    Passive make some pretty bold claims. For a £5k annual fee (I know I know, upfront fees), you can allegedely put £20k into a JV with a 2nd charge and guaranteed (that word again) 25% return after 10 weeks. So in effect, double your money in 12 months.

    I've never trusted my money to anyone else but me, so the too good to be true mantra is ringing loudly in my head.

    I am however planning various strategies for 2013 and am considering JV's with other partners so this caught my eye.

    Has anybody had any dealings with the above. If so, could you let me know if the experience was good, bad or ugly, whatever is applicable.
