Why do you need a 3 day course to learn how to buy property. And make money.

These people sell strategies, ideas, dreams...

They dont think about the social or practical impact on the ground. Which effect the landlord.........

Its not hard buying a cake, you know what you want.

It's not much different with propery.  The basics are SOLID. And will always be solid.

I operate in Liverpool and surround area. I work with many investors. I've met through PT. The best side

I'd be happy to talk and discuss property....and it's all FOC.

Good luck my friend.........keep your money in your pocket.

Hi William, the course is not run by Martin. He won't even be there. It is just branded to leverage on his TV status.

You will get good information from it but the real agenda is to up-sell you an "advance university" and other very expensive courses after the 3 days.

The full package can run into over £20,000. If it's free, go for it but leave ALL your credit and debit cards at home so you won't be tempted to buy in the heat of the moment.

If it's not free, you need to think carefully about the required fee and whether or not you can learn much of the information from other sources such as here from other investors, free of charge or at only a fraction of such cost.*

A couple of years ago just out of interest  I went on the evening  "free course" where you learn Martin's Top Ten Tips for buying property - or something like that.  https://www.martinroberts.co.uk/property-training-and-seminars/

His name was just a front for a training organisation.  Every now and again his photo appears on the screen and the presenter reads out one of his tips.

This is the classic technique of hooking you in.  Firstly you do the free course.  Then they offer you the 3 day course for  £997 instead of £1997 see https://www.martinroberts.co.uk/property-training-and-seminars/  Plus a free place for your partner/spouse.

Then on the 3 day course they suck you into the twenty grand programme.

If you dig around the website you will not find any corporate information.  At the time I went,  I managed to track down the people behind the Martin Roberts website.  It was a large international training company. In the UK  it was managed by a company involved in mortgage brokerage. That company behind that company,   has been in court a couple of times for various things,  so I'll not name it .  One of the partners of that company was a well known guru,  who to be fair,  has a good reputation in property education.  Whether that guru is still involved in the company,  I do not know.

Save your money.  You will learn nothing whatsoever on the 3 day course that you can't find out by reading this site, asking questions and buying books.
