    Midlands Landlord Investment Show - Review

    National Landlord Investment Show connected hundreds of Midlands investors with local and national suppliers at Aston Villa Football Club. 

    The UK’s leading property investment exhibition returned to the Midlands for its second show of the year on Wednesday 19 April at Aston Villa Football Club and was hailed a great success.

    With an exhibition hall packed with local investors, the show offered a host of leading suppliers of property investment, tax, legal, insurance and mortgage services, it also features 10+ seminars from renowned property experts – all included in the complimentary admission.

    Proudly supported by Asian Today for the second year running, it gave advice and an in-depth understanding of the investment opportunities available – in both Birmingham and the Midlands.

    ‘It was a very productive day, with a crowded exhibition halls and full seminar sessions – it’s great to be able to facilitate so many successful business connections in the local area’ explains Tracey Hanbury, Event Director from LI Media, who run these events throughout the UK.

    Visitors to the show were about to source property investment services from renowned brands such as Nethouseprices, Royal Bank of Scotland and Valuation Office Agency, as well companies such as Shawbrook Bank, Pennycuick Collins, Bedford Insurance Group and Fitzwilliam Capital Partners who offer local or niche buy-to-let services in areas from tax, to mortgages to legal.’

    Tenancy Deposit Scheme, who exhibited for the third year running, attest to the popularity of the show, ‘National Landlord Investment Show is a really well run event and has gained the popularity it deserves within the industry.’

    The two seminar theatres hosted 10+ speakers throughout the day who have unparalleled experience in the UK and overseas buy-to-let markets. Ever popular, they offered visitors a chance to expand their knowledge, keep up-to-date with developments in the market including Brexit and will feature topics covering the entire spectrum of buy-to-let.

    Visitors were also able to grow business connections at the Morning Networking Event on the morning on the show.
