New Lender Entrants to the BMV Market

Just an informative post- thought people might be interested to hear of a new Lender that has been 24 months brewing but is close to launch, will have a competitive BTL product and we are discussing a bespoke BMV proposition. Happy to discuss off the record with anyone interested....

    Hi
Would be great if you could share the info with the rest of us on the Forum. Who is the lender? Whats their proposition? Is it a Private Finance Group? What products are they coming to the market with etc etc.
    Thanks
    Wasim

Hi Wasim- I can only confirm offline for the moment- but I have also now heard of a second about to re-launch with new funding. Both Lenders are non-conforming Lenders of the past- one a new entrant (with an experienced Lender board) and the other a re-entrant. Sorry I am being so vague but in the SARB market this is the question I get asked most weeks so I thought I might as well share Smile

    Hi Julian,
Thank you for this information. Sorry if I have misunderstood your meaning, but why would we need to discuss it off the record? Why can we not discuss it in an open and transparent way on the forum?

because it is commercially sensitive information for the time being- I was perhaps naive to expect that people may wait and see. apologies, i will close discussion if it is becoming too contentious.
