I've been pestering them to do this for at least 5 years - seriously! - so I was excited to get the notification of your post.
But I'm a little disappointed in the implementation, I have to say. Although it's easier to access than Zoopla's keyword filter, it works in a much less convenient way.
On Zoopla, adding a keyword then shows only the properties that match that keyword, and you can sort in whatever way you wish.
On Rightmove's new functionality, adding a keyword seems to only "prioritise" properties that match, and you have to keep sort by "Keyword match" selected for it to be any use at all. So you can't filter by a keyword and then sort by newest listed, for example, or even price ascending.
I think Rightmove's implementation is much inferior to Zoopla's here...

It's a step in the right direction.
But I'm now even more excited to have found you again.
I wanted to recommend your site to a fellow PT poster about a week ago. Who wanted to do some analysis.
( I have no affiliation with your site- just recommendation. This makes a powerfull combination and great example of Property Technology DATA-Driven Market analysis
