    Notice period for Company Lets?

I have let a property to a company under a company let. The lease allows me to give one month's notice at any time after 6 months. When I give notice, I was unclear whether the eviction date needs to coincide with the rent date? I.e. if the normal rent payment date is 15th of the month, and I give notice on 10th of October, would the actual eviction date be 10 November, or 15 November?

Are the people residing in the property employees or otherwise working for the company renting the property? If not, the contract may not be valid. If it is not valid, then the default terms and conditions for an AST where there is no written contract could come into play.
