Online platforms for managing buy to lets

    Hi

I'm curious as to why there doesn't seem to be an online platform for managing buy to let portfolios.

There's openrent, and it's worked well for us, but it only goes as far as setting up the tenancy and doesn't really do anything to manage the tenancy.

The kind of stuff I'm thinking of is taking the rent, contract renewals, managing repairs etc... Maybe even full finance management and tax reporting?

Have I missed something within openrent, and is there anything else out there that does this?

Thanks Vanessa - I'll take a look at those

We started using Arthur a few months ago thanks to Vanessa and PT.

It is complex, but support is brilliant and you can set up multiple portfolios. You can act as one landlord or a managing agent so it should have the flexibility to do what you will require.

It also has the ability to provide tenant and landlord app access so they can view their own statements and submit requests back to you.

It is well worth the money.
