    Portfolio advice

Hi - Is there expert on the forum who could help with my existing portlio ?

The idea is to get to 4k net cashflow but need to review my current patch in the south east is is not stacking up

any more. I am looking to generate more cashflow and looking at areas outside london and further a field.

Strategy - single lets but would consider hmo's.

I can forward portfolio details. Any help much appreciated

    Hi Surinder,

I would recommend a two fold approach.

First of all, review your existing portfolio and mortgage products.  Property Tribes Financial Services is offering a FREE review.

Then, when you have your existing portfolio optimised, you could look for higher yielding areas.  Speak to local lettings agents about rental yields and perhaps consider buying a tenanted property.

Creating a relationship with a lettings agent and asking them of any landlords selling up will mean that you have a ready made management solution, a track record of the tenancy, a payment history, and continuity of management.  This will greatly reduce the risk of being a remote landlord imho.

This list of property hotspots under £200K may provide some inspiration.

Good luck and hope that helps.
