    Property Management software

Hi Another "I've been around for a while" but a newbie to PT (1st post here... never too old to learn)

Recommendations for property management software of, for predominately BTL properties. That is able to manager all aspects, Tenancies, money (in/out), Documents, i.e. Gas Certs, Critical dates, etc etc. (you know... loads of stuff)

I have looked at "SmartPropertyManager" but I have nothing to compare it with... Any other suggestions.

Thanks in anticipation, for your help in this matter.

I'd recommend PaTMa - but then I did create it.  :-)

It covers everything you mention and has a focus on trying to help guide best practice and simplify/automate as much as possible.

You can sign up for free to try out limited features.  It's always improving and getting better, I'm very happy to hear feedback, suggestions, etc; either here or by email.

Try our buy-to-let profit calculator or property browser extension for free.

There is also landlord vision, at landlordvision dot co dot uk, they have a few yield calculators on the site I have used. Looks well thought out and cheap.

No matter where you go, there you are...

I found "SmartPropertyManager.com" it certainly does everything I need at the moment and is free for up to 10units. Have a look and try it out for yourselves...

I use Microsoft Excel, it manages 33 properties, 153 tenants and business accounts, most banks allow you to download the statements from their website.  But this is more for software technically minded, as it requires programming.
