Property management system for short lets?

Wasn't sure if I should post on Technology or here..

I short let rooms in an ex-student accommodation building converted to a boutique apart-hotel. I have put the rooms on booking. com & air bnb..

I am now struggling to keep up with the amount of online bookings from both sites, which is a good thing of course!

Can anyone recommend a software or a property management system to combine the calendars together?

I recently subscribed to one and it was terrible!

There are lots out there and can be a bit of a minefield. I use a system called eviivo. Works very well and also lists you in over 50 OTAs but to be honest most of the bookings come from BDC and airbnb. Stay away from Tokeet.

I have a summary somewhere of the main systems if you are interested. eviivo can provide a website but I have had one made and link it to the eviivo booking engine.

Interesting that you say stay away from Tokeet.  I see that being recommended on all the SA groups on Facebook!

@Isa - Was Tokeet the one your tried?

I used Sirvoy..not Tokeet. I'm new to managing short stays, so it might of been too bespoke and complicated for the start!

This is an extract of a post from a Facebook group that I am a member of so cannot take credit for it!

"Which PMS/Channel Manager to choose? ???

Here is what you need to know.

    Tokeet is meh

It's good on the backend, and their big win was getting the big trainers onside early doors to recommend them at these training weekends and masterminds.

However, the user experience of making a booking is so rubbish it's unbearable  (personal opinion).

I've been working on creating websites for SA people over the past few months, and when I have to link to Tokeet, but don't provide an easy feature to do this. I have to manually redivert to their god awful booking system.

Sorry, Tokeet, sort that out, please. ?

I have heard Kigo is a good one but have had no personal experience of it.

I haven't checked out eviivo thank you for the suggestion. You are not the first to say stay away from Tokeet so I will scratch them off the list.

If it is no trouble for you the summary would be great.

Will try and find comparison site. Certainly Facebook pages I follow are not supporters of Tokeet. They have increased their costs, support has not been good and technically having problems. A good friend has used it for some years and is moving away. That said it does depend on your requirements.
