    Property price report - November 2018

    Thanks for the lovely feedback on the price report I posted last month, here's the latest one for November:

    London and its peripheries are down with cheaper/neglected north are up. Typical of very late stage of property bull market which I have witnessed in my birth country (similar to UK in that there is a big capital city and "others") also for decades.

     I wonder whether the north will produce any capital gains in the long run for those who flock to there and when the south will see the bottom creating some after-tax yield.

    London is a low yield like gilt and the north is like a high yield bond but both can make you rich or poor. Timing is everything at the end of the day.

    Very Interesting and thoughtful price report. I like how you take into consideration why the market seems to be coming stagnated and give possible reasons for people. Do you think with the deal being announced this will change the market or it will stay the same until March?
