"Women in Property" is a new podcast series by Richard Brown of the Property Voice.Richard has been on a mission to create a series of interviews that showcase women in the property sector, in the hope that these interviews will encourage other ladies to consider getting involved.I was honoured to be invited by Richard and his co-presenter Helen to feature as the inaugural guest. We covered a huge amount of ground, ranging from my property journey, to the genesis of PT and how Nick has guided it , the value of education, and the importance of due diligence.LISTEN TO THE PODCAST Many thanks to Helen and Richard for asking such great questions and for supporting women in property!SEE ALSO - Best property podcasts?UP NEXT - The Property Tribes Essential Book and Reading ListDON'T MISS - Celebrating women in propertyNOW WATCH:

That's a great news! I love podcasts and especially when they are about wonderful and strong women out there. A source of inspiration.
Women in property, I am all for it otherwise who would do the cooking, cleaning and look after the kids. Joking apart women tend to be better at making investment decisions and usually out perform men in this field.Recent study by Warwick Business School showed women outperform men in investing in the stock market but it is probably the case in other areas as well. Women tend to take the longer term view in support of their longer term goals whereas men are more open to higher risk quick profit. Some of the world's most successful companies are run by women. Perhaps us men should take it easy now and look after the home and give the women a free rein.
Wonderful thread and great to see people supporting women in property! I shall definitely be giving this a listen this afternoon!

Sorry to be late to the party here! Vanessa, it was lovely speaking with you and thank you for going first as well. Helen and I were just starting to get our tag-team co-hosting moves together...hoping it didn't show too much
We have the Women in Property series running on The Property Voice Podcast for a few weeks this spring, as we speak with women from various parts of the industry, to learn how they did it, what they would and wouldn't change, any tips and advice and also to serve as aspirational role models to women in property...and men too!
Here is the latest episode with the delightful Sam Collett: https://www.thepropertyvoice.net/series-5...saw-today/
