I need to arrange a quick B2L mortgage on a 70% LTV, probably 2 or 5 year fix.
Can anyone recommend a lender who do REALLY QUICK mortgage application processing (and of course ideally a good rate!)

I in my experience of late i don't think you can get a quick mortgage deal
I have found that info required in 2019 is exhaustive - my last mortgage offer took over one month to come through !
"Be ready" is my advice. Have everything ready for your chosen Broker.
Best of luck

Afternoon Clair Bear,
You can Apply Online with Bespoke Finance and someone will be on your case with [most] the information required to get back to you with a quote. On receipt of a few documents and verification, an application could be made the same day.
On discussion with the broker, remember to tell them the urgency. As some lenders are better than others at certain times.

I got a DIP next day But getting the offer took some time
My Last purchase was with Precise via the Company
That is true! The DIP bit is the easy part.
It takes time for a lender to do it's due diligence and show to have done its due diligence before signing off. Internally we use terms like Vanilla and Non-Vanilla cases, some are just not plain and simple. Require a lot of intervention, paperwork and talking to underwriters to give them confidence. Others go from DIP to Offer in a matter of hours.
I think a Borrower just has to have all the correct up to date info for the broker
If you have it all lined up it makes the life easier for the broker
But its a lot of paperwork
