  • HMO & Multi-Lets

    Registering with the NMRO

    Has anybody who has an HMO ever registered with the NMRO re being a Heat Supplier ? And how did it go ?

    This is from the NLA website

    If you let accommodation with a single heat source supplying multiple dwellings, including HMOs, bedsits and properties converted into flats relying on a central heat source, you need to:

    (i) Notify the National Measurement & Regulation Office (NMRO) by 31 December 2015. This notification will last for four years.

    I'm guessing from the lack of responses no-one is doing this.
