I am an accredited journalist that is researching Glenn Armstrong, his various companies, properties, investment schemes, mentoring programmes and business activities.
I would be very grateful if you could direct message me to inform me of your opinion of Mr Armstrong's business methods, practises and your opinion on this matter.
Chris, it maybe beneficial for others to know what you intend to do with your “research”. What information you are looking for? Why you are keen on researching Glenn?
Many people are already talking about you attending the bankruptcy already.
The more transparent you can be the better response you may get to help your research.
Darren, the research is to report on the background of the Bankruptcy.
The information I am seeking is what I have already stated above, I am researching Glenn Armstrong on public interest grounds.
The reason for asking people to contact me directly is that I can then verify and inspect the material that is brought to my attention.
This ensures that any material or communication directly with me, removes any allegation of liability from the owners of this site, which I see for myself has been an issue in the past regarding this particular matter.

Is there a reason why you are only looking for opinions and not facts?
if I was to tell you my opinion of Glenn is that he is a thief and likes to take money from people and not give it back is that a good enough opinion?
Or the fact that he has taken millions from people without any ability to repay it? Borrowed money against properties that he doesn’t own? Has CCJs against his name but still is borrowing money by means of business ventures? (See previous email that went out) drives around is flashy cars that others have paid for and are still paying for?
It's obviously critical that any opinions like that are shared in secret, and never here in public, just in case there's a tiny problem with a tiny number of them. Sharing them in secret is the ONLY way he can verify and inspect the material that is brought to his attention.
The reason I ask for opinions, is that they usually give an insight into other matters of which facts can be ascertained and reported.
Many facts (as in any dispute) are available already, such as land registry entries, court records, and other such information.
However to ensure that correct facts are obtained, opinions and background information is requested as this information may be known to people but they are not sure of if the details/records/information is true or even relevant.
That is a journalist's job to sift through the information and make that determination, many people are contacting me directly, this is particulary important in these ongoing legal proceedings so that care can be taken to avoid the party that is being reported and inquired of, having any grounds of complaint against the internet forum providers.
Why Glenn? Do you know someone that has been burnt by him? There are many other people out there, what makes him so lucky?

Glenn's 4 day "Life Changing" Property CoursesI note that there are quite a number of negative comments surrounding Glenn Armstrong and his "Property Investment Style" on this great property website, so I thought I'd give you a head's up on this man. Here's my two cents worth and honest take on Glenn Armstrong's property techniques and strategies.For those who are considering "Investing" with him or joining one of his courses, it’s a serious case of "Caveat Emptor". Be aware, be very aware!I recently attended one of his so called 4 day "Life Changing" Property Courses. What can I say?First off, I am convinced that some his strategies work in many cases and situations if deployed correctly.Secondly, I have listened to some of his recordings in the past that date back several years and he says the same old thing (broken record). During the 4 day event, Glenn very cleverly uses persuasive tactics making you feel as if you want to reach for your cheque book and sign up as one of his £7,000-£8,000 for the year "Mentee" programmes.Not so fast- Let me clarify: When he provides examples of deals he's completed in the past, he states "There are plenty of deals like these out there. You find these deals and I'll fund 'em". Clearly, to most people, one immediately feels "WOW, I've got a great JV partner and I don't need any dosh! All I've now got to do is locate and track down these properties and Glenn will stump up the readies".The so called "Deals" he discusses are deals he did years ago. There was nothing current or pending that he discussed over the four days. Glenn only makes it clear toward the end of his 4 day presentation that he only funds the deals when one joins his “Mastermind” Programme (at circa. £20K), after you’ve signed up as one of his £7K-£8K Mentees! A few people in the room got seriously caught out here, because they'd parted with their £ from day one.Another persuasion technique/tactic GA uses is when he also covers the topic of How to Deal with Estate Agents and how you can "Get them on Your Side".Again, Glenn claims that as one of his Mentees, he will provide you with a "Letter of Funding/Authorisation" from him demonstrating that you're good for £5Million!That certainly perked up the sleepy heads in the room! When confronted by one of the group participants about this £5Million Loan letter, Glenn just swiftly changed the subject, never to return to it.
He also offered a discounted Mentee fee right at the very beginning of his pitch (on day one). If you signed up by the end of day one, the Mentee fee was reduced and you received a few months added as bonus. As the days progressed, the discount was not as generous. This made attendees more likely to feel as though they're getting a good deal and decided to sign up from day one. Great tactic by GA.However, several of us attendees noted that by day 4, those who did not join as a Mentee were treated differently to those who did. In other words, if you didn’t sign up, some of your questions were either ignored or you received a “wishy,washy” answer from Glenn. Interesting eh?Here's the killer persuasion technique Glenn uses.He invites his current/past Mentees to tag along and join in with the new crowd at his 4 day event. They talked about their experiences as Mentees of Glenn and how much Glenn has helped them and how much money they have made.Now, myself and others in the room got the distinct impression that some of these Mentees were “Plants”. They were strategically asked to come along and tell a convincing story so that more “Mugs” can sign up as one of Glenn’s Mentees. This was the biggest, most off- putting aspect of his sales pitch during the 4 days. It just smelt of rats!
I wonder how much “Hand Holding” his newbie Mentees receive, as apparently he’s a very busy man?Just suppose a Mentee has a new opportunity arises and requires a split second decision- Will Glenn be at the end of the phone for £7K-£8K a year or will he be too busy making more money elsewhere. i.e running courses at £500+ a pop and signing up 10 new Mentees over 4 days? Quick math’s and that’s circa. £70K+ in mentee fees PLUS the 4 day event revenue from each participant (OK- he’s got venue fees and travelling costs to consider)! Not bad work if you can get it eh?Oh, finally I should mention that Glenn’s time keeping is appalling. Not once did he start on time, and time is money!
