Selling house in Hull, long-term tenants

I am divorcing and I have to sell a rental property located in Hull. It's a 4 bed terraced house. It's a single let with long-term tenants. The rent is currently £462 (due to be increased in a few months time).  According to Zoopla, the value of the property is £99,000 although I think it's a bit high. I would be happy to sell it for £90,000.

The tenants are very good people and have lived in the property for years. I informed them that I need to sell because of my divorce and they were a bit shocked by the news. I could ask them to leave and sell the property at market value, but these are good people and I would prefer to sell to a landlord who would be happy with an investment which will provide a decent income and low headaches.

I recently changed the boiler and the property is in good condition. Please PM for for more details.

    Hello,

Are you still trying to sell this property? I might be interested if you can send me the details.

I live just outside Hull and have one buy to let in the city.
