    Software for managing communications?

    Hi All, I recently had some issues with communication over some flat issues as different email threads get lost or we used different channels for communicating (e.g. issue reported over text message, but then responded over email to give updates). Which got me thinking that there might be some room for improvement.

    I was wondering if anyone else has issues with communication with tenants or whether you use a software (and which one) to alleviate your problems? If not, do you think a software that gives you a single view of communications and reported issues could solve your problems as well or do you have a whole different set of problems? (e.g. something that groups all email conversations, text messages, calls, and open issues per tenancy).

    If they don't respond to text/email, what makes you think they would respond to software?

    hi, maybe I should clarify, the software is not supposed to be used by tenants - the issue is not not getting responses, but the responses/messages being received by email and texts, so it gets hard to track all open issues and conversations. I was thinking there could be a software that brings all those communications together and show in a single view every message exchanged with each tenant independent of channel.
