    Welcome to Day 3 of "Deal Sourcing Week 2016" - taking place all this week - the 7th to 11th of November.

    Just re-watched that video and it just shows how the property wortld is constantly changing. When that was shot i was worried about the impact of Corbyn becoming Labour leader, I would never have guessed i should have been more worried about the Tories and their constant attacks on landlords.

    Im new to property tribes and this post sparked my interest. I have found numerous deals online in areas such as Hull and Liverpool offering 20% ROI and above, however I’m struggling to know how to reach out to potential investors. Do you have any advice?

    Quick questions - the deals youve found are these packaged up deals ready to be sold and displayed/shown to an investor? Or are they stuff found on Zoopla/Rightmove without any communication to vendor/estate agents etc? Not bashing but just so we know where the deals are at.

    Investors will be found networking, linkedin, do you have a website generating any sort of business? Typically good places to start and remember each investor will typically have a pre set plan on what sort of property, location, returns, exit stratergy etc so make sure your property is relevant. They wont be investing in property just because its property rarely...
