Valuation

Together we will schedule a time to discuss your property, expectations and determine our go to market strategy.

Property Marketing

Your property will be listed on leading property portals. In addition your property will also be directly marketed to corporate companies.

Viewings

All viewings at your property will be accompanied by one of our representatives. We will work closely with you through the negotiation stage to achieve the best possible result.

Tenancy Admin

Following a successful negotiation we will complete the required tenancy admin, this will include referencing, deposit registration, insurance setup and initial money handling.

Management

Our Property Management Team will be available 24/7 to manage any issues or queries that may arise throughout the tenancy.
