    Tenant-friendly heating controls

Looking to put programmable heating thermostats into my single lets. Something which gives the tenants enough control but doesn't confuse the hell out of them - as the Honeywell CM927T currently in one of the props does. The houses are quite small so only a single point of control is needed.

It's a fast-changing market and something that allows them to run things from a smartphone would be a nice bonus, as long as it doesn't bump the cost up too much or create confusion. Or for that matter doesn't completely stop working if they don't get wifi.

    Suggestions?

    All the best

This Salus Wireless is one I know a couple of people to have used, and it is inexpensive enough to be less of a risk.

    Also reviews well.
