I wondered if anyone could help me with my due diligence exercise against a company I'm talking to about an investment opportunity please? Company full details below.
I've searched online for any negative and/or positive feedback on them but can't find anything to go by either-way. I've asked for a copy of the company credit report and it's rated 46 by Credit Safe Uk.
The company is also registered with the Property Ombudsman and was also the "2014 StaySafe Agent of the year."
Any advice or info on the company and/or directors would be greatly appreciated please.

Sorry for not replying sooner but I only just found your thread.
Please avoid The Goldthorpe Property Group. I and a number of other investors have been conned out of tens of thousands of pounds.I am currently perusing civil and criminal action against them. They have no ethics and have set up a new limited company the day before dissolving one that owes thousands.

As the fallout continues with all aspects of the PRS following all the anti-LL measures introduced by Govt it would be inadvisable to advance funds to Ltd companies who can dissolve overnight taking any monies received by such companies.
LA are the ones to watch out doing a runner
So for that reason LL should not allow LA to have anything to do with rent and deposits.
