Even these are worth a read but only with the knowledge that much of the info is at best misleading and at worst illegal. The information here on PT and other forums is much more likely to be more helpful not to mention up to date - just without all the motivational claptrap.

That's a big list, and could do with updating, and also differentiating. I've read some of the books on the list, and some are excellent, and others, sad to say, not worth spending money on. I's like to suggest 2 initiatives:A) A Best in Class Award: Best for Beginers, Best Property, Best Organisation, Best Financial .....
B) A Top Ten
