Universal Credit - Investing to save!

The RLA has just announced the next round of Universal Credit courses https://www.rla.org.uk/landlord/courses/landlord_universal_credit_training_course.shtml

If you're a landlord accustomed to taking on LHA/UC tenants you really need to get to grips with Universal Credit. The new scheme is not simply a variation of the Housing Benefit (LHA) scheme. It has many component parts, which are completely different to HB/LHA which, if you're not familiar and alert, could cause you financial loss. The course explains the differences and how to best mitigate any potential losses and pursue compensation for any losses caused by DWP maladministration.

The cost of the training, especially, with the discount applied, is most probably less than 1 week's rent for most tenants. As the rollout expands, more & more landlords are taking this step of attending. Investing in this way will save you much more down the line. So, don't delay, book your place.
