Wealth planning - company to advise?

I currently have my main residence, and two BTLs, some savings, contribution pension and monthly incremental savings. I am also setting up a property services company and have a a couple of liabilities.

I was wondering who would I be looking for to talk through the whole of my investments/ incomes and plan how best arrange things for future passive income earning investments?

I want to work to get the most of what I have and plan best for the future.

What I believe you are looking for is a wealth planning and support service.

We recently came across Nova Financial who offer this - please see the video below.

Nova will shortly be joining Property Tribes as a commercial partner and supporting the PT community.

As ever, you need to undertake your own due diligence to check this is the right solution/company for you, but perhaps give them a call for a chat and see how they fit with what you are trying to do.  The number is 0203 8000 600

    Hope that helps?

    Hi

Watching the video I dont think they are a wealth management company, they are really a property wealth company.

I'm not sure you will find what your looking for unless its a big IB bank style wealth management, which tend  to be expensive etc.
I use Fisher for my sipp investment who also claim to be a wealth manager but they only really manage the stock market and track my property on some funky report. I also use an IFA who really only manages via fund investment. And an account who sort of gives some tax advice too.

So in essence I think unless you are super rich you need to build a wealth team, and do some of the managing of the team etc. your self.

    Slowly working towards financial freedom

This is a really good question and something I have wondered myself.

I have a few BTLs and own my own home so although by no means could I think of myself as rich, I do have a fair bit of equity and an income from property and it would be useful to have someone take an unbiased overview, to help plan the best way to structure my business, pension, succession etc

Not particularly looking at expanding my portfolio, just to make the most of what I already have.
