    Happy New Year Vanessa and everyone on property tribes.

    This New year I have an extra celebration, I have managed to reach my goal of exiting the rat race, I worked my butt off in my 20's and now at the age of 35 I am retiring from the day job to look after my relatively small but very little encumbered portfolio.  I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders, although im probably not done earning money, I can do things I will enjoy and work as much or more likely as little as I want.
