Property Tribes is delighted to announce a new sponsor of the site - Landlord Action - who will be powering a new category which is being called "Problem Tenants".Landlord Action was founded by Paul Shamplina in 1999 and has undertaken over 32,000 evictions with their unique "3 step" fixed fee service. The company has become known as "the Landlord's friend", offering support and solutions at what can be one of the most stressful times for landlords - dealing with a tenant in rent arrears and ultimately evicting a tenant.Nick Tadd, site owner of Property Tribes commented:"We are absolutely delighted that Landlord Action are joining us as a sponsor. As landlords ourselves, we have benefitted from their excellent service and Paul Shamplina has been a long time supporter of Property Tribes via contributing to our video content, so it is great to establish a more formal relationship between the two companies.Paul Shamplina has worked tirelessly to promote higher standards in the private rental sector, has made significant contributions to landlord education with his blogs, book, and TV programmes, and he is a great advocate of best practice. He also works behind the scenes at Government level lobbying for better conditions for landlords and has been an ardent supporter of the "Tenant Tax" campaign. We are gratified, as we always have been, to work with Paul and Landlord Action and the Property Tribes community will no doubt benefit hugely from have their input and support when dealing with delinquent tenants".Paul is currently presenting the latest Channel 5 series "Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords".Landlord Action is now part of the Hamilton Fraser Group of Companies, specialists in the Private Rental Sector, and Paul Shamplina is Brand Ambassador for the group, which also includes our redress partner, the Property Redress Scheme. The new category of "Problem Tenants" will be launched tomorrow along with Paul Shamplina's contribution to our "3 things" campaign.SEE ALSO - Landlord Action to the rescue!UP NEXT - Court chaos destroying landlords lives, say Landlord ActionDON'T MISS - Study carried out by Landlord Action reveals 62% of landlord notices are incorrectNOW WATCH:
Yep top geezer
At least someone has been and is successful in shining a light on the appalling behaviour that LL have to tolerate from rogue tenants of whom there are far more than rogue LL.
A tenant can vacate anytime they like. .A LL cannot get rid of a rogue tenant anytime they like
At least what Paul does is a counter to the Guardianistas and their anti LL rhetoric.
I reckon many more people have been educated by the programmes he has been in than any amount of training a LL has taken.
So I reckon he has provided a greater public service than can have been expected.
Hopefully the PTB will start to see what we LL are up against and amend legislation particularly as far as eviction for rent arrears goes.
The more Paul's wise head appears on TV etc the better for the LL community.
We need all the help we can get to get rid of the LL haters image of greedy rogue LL
The vast majority of LL are good people who are bing ripped off by rogue tenants on a regular basis. It is hardly surprising that LL tend to be a bit picky as to who they take on knowing how useless the eviction process is.
I know watching him has sent shivers down my back but a great comfort to know I can turn somewhere if I can not handle eviction process.
I hope he shares valuable information so I never have to utilise his services. Lol

Paul is so knowledgeable and passionate about the PRS, it shines through in everything he does.It is great to have his input here and I would personally like to thank Landlord Action for providing such a great service when I instructed them on a problem tenant issue.
